Thrasoz Group ("Thrasoz," "we," "us," or "our") provides specialist professional services to private equity, venture capital, and portfolio company clients.

Thrasoz Group operates as a doing business as (DBA) name of Get Refunds Inc., the legal entity fulfilling these services and processing payments.

This Fulfillment Policy describes how we deliver services, including ERC audit defense and resolution, tax incentive advisory, operational execution support, and related engagements. All services are governed primarily by your specific quote, which incorporates our Terms of Service, Privacy and Security Policy, and (where applicable) the ERC Audit Defense Agreement.

Engagement Types

We offer services on the following bases, as specified in your quote:

• Retainer: Initial one-time fee for onboarding plus ongoing monthly fees for priority access and continued support. Commonly used for ERC resolution and operational projects; often scaled by entity/EIN and factors like employee headcount.
• Hourly: Billed at our standard rate of $900 per hour for additional or out-of-scope work.
• Fixed-Fee: Flat fee for defined projects or deliverables.

Additional entities, EINs, or scope expansions require separate quotes.

Service Fulfillment and Delivery

Upon quote acceptance and payment of the initial amount:

• Services are considered fulfilled and commence immediately with assignment of dedicated specialists.
• For retainers: Onboarding (e.g., risk assessment, file review, IRS authorizations) begins promptly, providing priority access to representation and support.
• For hourly/fixed-fee: Work starts upon confirmation, with progress updates as agreed.
• Delivery occurs through secure communications, strategy sessions, documentation, and direct handling of IRS or operational matters.

We use reasonable efforts to deliver timely and professional services, but timelines may vary based on client cooperation, third-party responses (e.g., IRS), or external factors.

Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe as detailed in your quote or invoice.

Fees are non-refundable, reflecting reserved specialist time and committed resources. Any exceptions (e.g., for fixed-fee milestones) are at our sole discretion and noted in the quote.

Termination and Cancellation

Engagements may be terminated as outlined in your quote or applicable agreement. Fees for services rendered prior to termination remain due. No prorated refunds are provided for partial periods unless expressly stated.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy with notice via the Site or email. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance.
